All non-custom orders are processed within approximately 20 business days (business days are not weekends or holidays) and custom orders/preorders are processed within approximately 2-8 weeks. Estimated processing times can be found underneath the product description of the item(s) in your order. The shipping method selected at checkout, does not affect the processing time as we do not rush orders. Items in your order may be shipped separately.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Ice Element is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages/Lost Packages

The Ice Element is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Why is Ice Element jewelry so affordable? 

We value fair pricing, so all of our jewelry is produced directly in our factory. We do not use a “middleman” or any third parties. This allows us to keep our costs to a minimum.

What is your refund/exchange policy? 

At this time, we only accept returns or exchanges for damaged/defective items. In the very rare case this happens, please reach out to us as soon as possible, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
